Horizon West is the newest of the areas we serve, built village by village with consistent architecture and active HOAs. Displays here live or die on precision, because there is nothing old or irregular about the rooflines to hide behind.
New rooflines show every flaw. Crisp, recently built rooflines are unforgiving — a sagging run or uneven spacing is obvious from the street. Runs are measured and custom-cut to your roof rather than stretched from a standard length.
HOA-appropriate by default. The villages here have guidelines about displays and takedown timing. A clean architectural design that comes down on schedule in January stays comfortably inside them, and the takedown date is part of what you are quoted.
Tight lots put houses close together. When homes sit this close, the display that wins is the one that is sharply defined rather than the one that is brightest. Crisp roofline, lit entry, and a pathway — done precisely — reads better than volume.
Two-story elevations with front-facing garages. Most plans here run tall and narrow with the garage dominating the ground floor. Lighting the upper roofline and pulling attention to the entry balances the elevation instead of spotlighting the garage door.

Horizon West questions
Yes, and on most Horizon West lots it matters more than the roofline. Under a mature canopy the roof is partly hidden from the street, so wrapping trunks and lower limbs is what makes the display visible from the road.
That's a common Horizon West situation and it's solved with layers rather than more roofline. Pathway lighting, driveway edges, and wrapped trees bring the display forward so it starts at the curb instead of at the house.
Yes. Lakefront homes are designed for both approaches so the rear elevation isn't dark when the front is lit. It's worth raising at the consultation so the design covers both.

Everything is clipped to the roofline, gutters and trim. No nails, no staples, no screws, and nothing to patch when it comes down.
Bulbs, timers, wind and storm damage. Call or text us and we come out — service is unlimited all season and there is no per-visit charge.
We take it down, label it by section and store it until next season. Your garage stays empty and your weekend stays yours.
