Timeline
Design consultations. The calendar fills in booking order, so this is when install dates are most flexible.
Installations begin and run through the first weeks of the month. You don't need to be home.
Season maintenance. Bulbs, timers, wind and storm repairs — call and we come out, no charge.
Removal, labeled packing, and climate-controlled storage until next season.
Practical questions
Very little, and that's the point. You need to be reachable for the consultation, let us know about anything unusual on the property — a gate code, a dog, a fragile tile roof, an HOA rule — and decide whether you want it back next year. That's the whole list.
You don't need to be home for the install or the takedown. You don't need to store anything. You don't need to get on a ladder at any point.
What you are promised

We take it down, label it by section and store it until next season. Your garage stays empty and your weekend stays yours.
