What a finished display looks like

Isleworth is guard-gated, and most homes sit well back from the street behind mature landscaping on the Butler Chain of Lakes. Two things shape every display here: getting a crew through the gate cleanly, and designing for a house the road barely sees.
Gate access is arranged before install day. The guard gate needs vendors cleared in advance. We handle the access list, the arrival window and crew details ahead of time, so nobody at your gate is managing a crew they were not told about.
The street sees the landscaping, not the roof. Deep setbacks and heavy oak and palm cover mean roofline lighting alone can disappear from the road. Wrapped palms along the drive, lit entry columns and pathway lighting carry the display from the gate to the front door.
Tile roofs and long Mediterranean rooflines. Barrel tile, parapets and multi-level elevations are the norm here. Everything is clipped to the tile and the trim — no fastener goes into a roof surface — and the design follows the real roof geometry rather than forcing a template across it.
Lakefront homes are seen from the water too. On the Butler Chain the rear elevation, dock and pool deck are their own view, and often the one guests actually spend the evening looking at. Where that applies we design both approaches rather than leaving the back of the house dark.

Isleworth questions
Yes, and on most Isleworth lots it matters more than the roofline. Under a mature canopy the roof is partly hidden from the street, so wrapping trunks and lower limbs is what makes the display visible from the road.
That's a common Isleworth situation and it's solved with layers rather than more roofline. Pathway lighting, driveway edges, and wrapped trees bring the display forward so it starts at the curb instead of at the house.
Yes. Lakefront homes are designed for both approaches so the rear elevation isn't dark when the front is lit. It's worth raising at the consultation so the design covers both.

Installs begin October 1 and the calendar fills in the order homes are booked. The earlier you are on it, the more say you have over your install date.
