The most common surprise in this industry is a low install quote followed by charges for service calls, takedown, and storage. Ours is one figure.
Honest context
A few hundred dollars of retail strands plus a ladder is genuinely cheaper in year one. What you're buying instead is nobody in your family on a roof, lights that survive a Florida season, and a design cut to your architecture rather than stretched to fit. When a section goes dark in the middle of December, someone else fixes it — and in January your garage stays empty.
If a display is going up for one season and coming down permanently, DIY may genuinely be the better call. If you want it every year without the labor, that's what this is for.
What you are promised
